Amara Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients

  • •147 ml (5 ounces) Champagne
  • •15 ml (½ ounce) amaro*

*Aperol and Campari both work well as their citrusy notes pair well with a dry sparkling wine.

Preparation

  1. Fill a champagne glass with champagne. Top with amaro. Serve and enjoy.
