Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • •59 ml/2 ounces Prosecco
  • •44 ml/1½ ounces Aperol
  • •Splash of soda water
  • •Half a slice of orange

Preparation

  1. Partially fill a wine glass with ice.

    Pour prosecco over ice followed by Aperol.

    Top with a generous splash of soda water, stir gently.

    Garnish with orange slice.
