Ingredients

  • 118 ml (½ cup) thick yogurt
  • 473 ml (2 cups) peeled cut mangoes
  • 237 ml (1 cup) ice cubes
  • Pinch of sugar

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a electric blender until smooth. Add cold water or milk to thin down if necessary.

    Serve chilled.

Tips

<p>You may need to add sugar or honey or agave to sweeten to taste.</p> <p>A touch of lemon or lime can bring out the flavor if your mangoes are not flavorful.</p>
