Originally from Toronto, Canada, Barbara moved to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, 26 years ago, where, together with her sister, she opened and operated a restaurant. Switching gears after 7 years, Barbara started planning weddings and currently owns a successful destination wedding planning and design company. She still loves cooking however, finding it relaxing – especially during a stressful wedding season. Creating recipes, developing flavors, and using fresh ingredients is Barbara’s happy place.
