Barbara Rosenblatt has been cooking for her family (husband and 3 boys) for over 30 years. Over time, she has adapted both the foods she cooks, and the way she cooks them to accommodate their needs and lifestyle. More vegetables, less meat and lighter fare are her current tendencies. She is constantly adapting recipes to make them more nutritious, and to fit her dietary restrictions. Adding greens is a favorite way, and cooking in Cast Iron has become a staple in her kitchen.
