Craig recently retired from his job in project management. His work required substantial travel around the world, providing an opportunity to expand his palate and enjoy new cuisines. Cooking became a way to relax upon returning home. He expanded his abilities by taking cooking classes offered by local chefs and experimenting with new techniques, like sous vide. Primarily a cook, he dabbles in baking sourdough bread, constantly trying out new grains for that perfect loaf!
