Hap Christensen

Hap Christensen grew up in a small rural town called Social Circle, GA. He developed a fondness for the culinary arts watching his mother & grandmother cook; that love exploded when he worked in a fine dining restaurant as a dish washer and food-prep assistant, all the while trying to maintain weight as a wrestler on the high school team. Healthiness and happiness are focal points in his recipes.
