John Phillip Jr is a true foodie who loves to travel the world on a plate. He has no formal culinary training but is an avid cookbook collector. To him it’s not only the food, but the story and history of a dish that interests him, how the meals evolved, and how they can fit into everyday cuisine, still maintaining their cultural background. Learning more about the world one plate at a time, he travels both in person and thru the cuisine of anywhere that may interest him. He loves foods from Asia and the Mediterranean.
