Training in England, France, Greece, Italy, Norway, Scotland and the United States has helped Joseph capture many classic and regional cooking styles. He has managed and cooked in several restaurants and worked with a Michelin-recognized establishment in Cannes as chef and culinary instructor. He co-owns YaDa Chef, a personal chef and catering company in Florida.
Joseph authored Stay Fit Eat Allergy Free (endorsed by Elaine Monarch, founder of the Celiac Disease Foundation) featuring over 200 gluten/soy/dairy/nut free, low sodium and calorie controlled recipes.
Joseph works with doctors and nutritionists helping people with immune disorders. With his partner in YaDa Chef, he has developed a “Healing with Cooking Therapy” program under advise of herbalists, doctors of Chinese medicine, and members of American Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
