Katrina Razionale began working with cheese over 12 years ago, when a temporary job at an upscale deli evolved into a love affair with the craft of food and cultured dairy. After earning an MA in Linguistics she returned to the field of cheese, managing retail cheese counters in California and New York before moving to Vermont to get closer to the source. She currently manages online sales for the Cellars at Jasper Hill in Greensboro, Vermont.
