Cooking has always been a passion of Loretta’s. She hails from Kepala Batas, a  small town in the state of Penang, Malaysia, which is famous for its food.

Being a Nyonya, her food is influenced by the Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisines. Nyonya cakes or kuihs share many similarities with the Malay versions. And Nyonya curries and spicy dishes have a lot of Malay and Indian influence.

Prior to moving to the UK, she owned a conference producing company and continues to indulge in her hobby.

Loretta loves to share her cooking. She is currently a caterer, and utilizes her time in recipe development and producing cooking videos.
