Michael E. Bonk is the Executive Chef at BLT Steak in Washington, DC, USA. He is also the Culinary Director for Eatwell DC and Eatwell Farms in La Plata, MD. A native of Wilmington, Delaware, he’s lived and cooked in Washington, DC for the past 10 years. In his free time he enjoys traveling and has been all over the world.
