Nick is a writer and podcaster who is on a journey to learn how to make as many things from scratch in the kitchen as possible. He believes that there are few better ways to spend time than crafting a beautiful plate of food for other people. He lives in Ithaca, NY with his fiancée and step-daughter and loves to go for walks and try to spread positivity whenever he can.
