Raul Gagucas

Mr. Raul Gagucas who is an avid cook resides in rural Ohio and spends most of his free time on culinary adventures. Restaurant choices in rural areas are limited, however, sources of raw ingredients are not lacking. There is easy access to meat shops/ slaughterhouses, plenty of land to plant fresh herbs and vegetables, and enough wilderness to forage wild edibles. Occasionally, he visits friends fortuitously living in countries considered as foodie destinations.
