Rick Rodgers is an award-winning food writer and culinary teacher. He often works with celebrities and corporations to create cookbooks as writer, co-author, and recipe tester. His clients include Williams-Sonoma (ten titles), Frankie Avalon, Lisa Oz, CHOPPED’S Chris Santos, Sarabeth’s Bakery (Beard nominee), The Model Bakery, The Chelsea Market (IACP Award), Patti LaBelle, and Tommy Bahama. Rick is one of the few people to have received Bon Appétit’s Food and Entertaining Award for Outstanding Cooking Teacher.
