Samantha Gawrych is a Boston College graduate with a degree in Environmental Studies and Gastronomy. Her foundation of knowledge of wild food developed through her work with a professional forager, Evan Strusinski, who supplies restaurants in New York City. She continues to build off that foundation with her own research on edible wild plants on Cape Cod, Massachusetts.
