Tayeb Habib

Tayeb Habib, born in Mozambique in 1954, is father of 3 and grandfather of 6. He is an electronic engineer that graduated in UK. He is for past 6 years running a Halal (allowed food for Muslims) certification company in Portugal. His main interests are history, science and engineering, and of course food.
