Denese Smith

Denese Smith, a Leesville, VA native, self taught chef and children’s book author, fell in love with the culinary arts at a young age.  Smith likes to blend fresh, bold and bright flavors and textures into harmonious balance, as demonstrated in this featured recipe.  She started her cooking website, Food’s Fan Club, in 2012, to share with families around the world her love of creating wholesome and imaginative dishes she prepares for her family.
