Estelle Sohne is originally from Accra, Ghana. She moved to the United States to attend Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, followed by graduate studies at Columbia Law School in the heart of New York. While in law school, Estelle met her French husband and decided to stay home after becoming a mother to their three children. During that time, she fell in love with cooking and baking. She now owns Flour & Olive, an international olive oil cake mix company that reflects her multicultural and international experiences.
