Jana Fredrickson

Jana is a retired firefighter/medic, emergency room tech from SE Alaska. She moved to Hawaii eight years ago to start a farm where she can grow her family’s food. She is currently growing lemons, coffee, oranges, vanilla, cardamom, Lilloki (passionfruit), and assorted mints and herbs. Jana has always loved to cook and bake and just kitchens in general. When she was little she drew coils on a shoe box to make a pretend stove.
