Nancy Hinton

Nancy Hinton, chef-owner of Les Jardins Sauvages, a local wild-foods business she runs with her partner, François Brouillard, known to chefs as the pioneer of the foraging movement in Quebec. They have a stall at Montreal’s Jean Talon Market, a country restaurant, and a line of assorted wild preserves, herbs & spices, teas, and gourmet prepared dishes.
