Sarah McFall is a food enthusiast, avid collector of cookbooks, and the owner and head chef of Thyme Catering LLC, located in San Benito, California. Having Celiac disease, amongst many other food allergies, Sarah specializes in catering to all dietary requirements. She has built quite the repertoire of gluten free dishes but above all else believes food should be fun, nutritious, flavorful, and good to look at.
