Sophia J. DeGraffenreidt

Sophia J. DeGraffenreidt was born and raised in NYC and continues to reside there.  She is the owner of her own travel and event planning agency and is a licensed real estate broker in NYC.  She is the mother of a grown adult son.  She has taught herself how to can food and make it shelf stable and makes her own jams, vanillas and juices.  She is teaching herself how to process vegetables and meat products as well.  She is also learning to garden in her apartment.  She tries to control as much as possible the quality of food she puts in her body.
